Is Practisaurus built for HIPAA?
Yes. Practisaurus is designed around protecting client information from the ground up — strict per-practice isolation, private clinical notes, encrypted transport, and least-privilege access. We treat privacy as correctness, not a checkbox.
Can my whole practice work in it together?
Absolutely. Invite your colleagues into a shared practice. Owners can see everything and manage who is assigned to which clients; each provider sees only the clients assigned to them.
Do you support telehealth?
Telehealth is built in. Clients join a branded waiting room, you see them arrive in real time, and you admit them into a secure video session with a single click — no separate app or meeting links. Every call starts in a green room where both sides check their camera and sound, and once you're in you can share your screen and chat alongside the video.
How does getting paid work?
You connect your own account and collect payments directly from clients into it. Set a flat session fee per appointment type and it flows through automatically, with per-client and per-appointment overrides when you need them.
Do you work with insurance?
Practisaurus is built for private-pay practices, with superbills built in. Pick a client's sessions and it assembles an itemized statement — diagnosis and service codes included — that out-of-network clients can submit to their insurer for reimbursement.
